These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RapidRabbit desktop application, website (rapidrabbit.io), and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the RapidRabbit application, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

RapidRabbit provides a cross-platform desktop application and associated web services for website auditing, CMS detection, SEO analysis, and content crawling. The Services include:

  • Desktop Application — A locally-installed application for crawling, analyzing, and auditing websites
  • Web Platform — Account management, subscription billing, and optional cloud backup features at rapidrabbit.io
  • API and MCP Integration — Programmatic access and AI assistant integration capabilities

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Services.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

RapidRabbit offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free — Basic features with limited site scans, no account required for local use
  • Personal ($7.99/month) — Unlimited scans, cloud backup, and full export capabilities for individual users
  • Organization ($29.99/month) — Team features with up to 5 members, shared sessions, and priority support

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Services to crawl or scan websites without authorization from the website owner
  • Circumvent rate limiting, access controls, or security measures on third-party websites
  • Use the Services to collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the RapidRabbit application
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Services without our written consent
  • Use the Services to conduct denial-of-service attacks or otherwise disrupt third-party services
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access paid features

6. Intellectual Property

The RapidRabbit application, website, documentation, and all associated content are owned by RapidRabbit and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Data you generate through your use of the Services (crawl results, reports, exports) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your scan data or analysis results.

7. Cloud Backup and Data Storage

If you use the optional cloud backup feature, your scan export data is stored on our servers. You retain ownership of this data. We will not access, use, or share your cloud backup data except as necessary to provide the backup service, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your stored data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of any critical data.

8. Organization Accounts

Organization account holders may invite team members to join their subscription. The organization owner is responsible for:

  • Managing team member access and permissions
  • Ensuring team members comply with these Terms
  • All activity conducted by team members under the organization account
  • Payment for the organization subscription

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • CMS detection results will be 100% accurate for all websites
  • SEO analysis and recommendations will guarantee improved search rankings
  • The Services will be compatible with all websites or configurations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidRabbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
  • Your payment method fails and is not updated within a reasonable period
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may export your local data before termination. Cloud backup data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
